It is my joy—and my lived calling—to walk alongside those navigating the relentless realities of autoimmune disease.

How many times have your ears had to endure those words? Worse yet, your heart?

The truth is, pushing through each day while wearing your best “game face” can feel like its own full-time job. Inside, exhaustion, pain, or grief may be waging a private war. Outside, you smile, go to work, and do your best to keep pace with what others see as a “normal” day.

Few can fully understand what it’s like to live inside a body at odds with itself. For me, this wasn’t theory—it was my life for more than 19 years. Through trial, error, and relentless hope, I discovered how intentional lifestyle and dietary changes could open the door to something I never thought possible: medical remission.

Now, I use both professional training and lived experience to support others who are walking this unpredictable road. My approach is gentle, sustainable, and rooted in compassion. Together, we’ll explore small shifts—in food, movement, rest, and self-care—that can make a meaningful difference in your everyday quality of life.
