Cancellation Policy
IndigoKoi Wellness – Booking & Cancellation Policy At IndigoKoi Wellness, LLC we honor the courage it takes to invest in your emotional well-being. To create a safe, respectful, and reliable space for all clients, the following booking policies apply to all courses, coaching sessions, and private packages. Booking * Full payment or deposit (as noted on the registration page) is required to secure your place in any course or private series. * For group programs, space is limited. Registrations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received. * For private 1-on-1 programs, sessions are scheduled in advance at mutually agreed times. ### Cancellations & Rescheduling * **Group Programs:** Due to limited spaces and the integrity of the group container, tuition for group programs is non-refundable once the program begins. If you withdraw prior to the start date, a partial refund (minus a \$100 administrative fee) may be offered. * **Private 1-on-1 Sessions:** Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered missed and cannot be rescheduled. * If an emergency or medical situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to offer flexibility in genuine cases of crisis. Refunds * Refunds are not available once a course or private program has begun. This policy protects the integrity of the container and honors the preparation invested into each participant’s journey. * In certain cases, credit toward future programs may be offered at the discretion of IndigoKoi Wellness. Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions * For live group sessions, recordings will be provided when possible. * For private coaching, late arrivals may shorten your session time. Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeit. Commitment Your healing journey matters. By booking, you are committing to showing up for yourself as fully as you are able. We do not expect perfection — only your willingness to engage, reflect, and honor the space created.
