We may modify these Terms at any time and will post the revised version with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is good practice to display the Terms during sign‑up, purchase or booking processes to ensure users see and agree to them.
2. Scope of Services
IndigoKoi Wellness provides coaching, courses, workshops and resources focusing on emotional wellbeing, grief support, holistic nourishment and integrative wellness. Our Services are educational and support‑oriented. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health or nutrition care. Participation in our Services is voluntary and at your own discretion.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. Parents or legal guardians may not use our Services on behalf of children under 18 without our explicit written consent.

6. Purchases, Payments and Refunds
If you purchase coaching sessions, courses or digital products, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through secure third‑party payment processors. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes.

7. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Our coaching, educational materials and wellness programmes are designed to support personal growth and wellbeing. They are not intended to replace medical, psychological, nutritional or psychiatric advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, medications or mental health care. Participation in our Services does not establish a therapist–client, dietitian–client or physician–patient relationship. If you experience any adverse physical or mental health symptoms, discontinue participation and seek professional assistance immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndigoKoi Wellness, its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or your inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute. These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages and regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, except that either party may bring suit in small claims court for matters within that court’s jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on our website and indicate the latest revision date. Individual sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the session fee. Refunds are not available once a session has begun or has been delivered, except where required by law. If you miss a session without notice, the fee is non‑refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer credit toward a future session.

Group programmes or courses: Enrollment fees are non‑refundable once the programme begins. Requests to cancel participation before the start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a reasonable administrative fee. Refunds are not available for digital products, downloadables or on‑demand courses.

No guarantee of results: Because coaching outcomes depend on individual circumstances and effort, we do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary from person to person.
